Local Grooves
For those of you who can't wait to explore the local music scene in Hyde Park, we've tapped two of our favorite local bands for you. They have generously contributed music to this CD. We also plan to invite a number of local bands to perform at this year's O-Fest on the Bartlett Quad. Stop by the music pavilion during O-Fest for this year's lineup.

Queensmen
The Queensmen were a nostalgic pop band from the South Side of Chicago. They played many shows throughout the Chicagoland area during their two year run including quite a few at the U of C. They released two demos in 2006 and a full-length album, "Hello Queensmen!" in October 2007. The band split up in February 2008, but future collaborations between the Queensmen are inevitable!
